Orchard Thieves Cider Summer 2025 Competition

1. Eligibility

  • The Promoter is Heineken Ireland Limited trading at Ladyswell Brewery, Leitrim Street, Cork(“the Promoter”).
  • You must be over 18 years of age and reside in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to enter the Orchard Thieves Cider Summer Competition (“The Promotion”) and to be eligible to receive a prize.
  • By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  • Employees and/or relatives of employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and any agents connected to the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion and/or win any prizes.
  • The Promotion is free to enter, no purchase is necessary and there is no entry fee or charge for participation.

2. Promotional Period

  • The Promotion will take place online at BeMoreFox.ie.
  • The Promotion is running from June 2025 to December 2025 in the Republic of Ireland.
  • All entries must be received by the Promoter at BeMoreFox.ie by no later than midnight on the 19th December 2025 (“Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, signup on the website: BeMoreFox.ie and enter their details.
  • A number of winners will be picked at random and will each receive one prize.
  • There will be 84 prizes overall consisting of
    • Orchard Thieves Merch Bags: Socks, Water Bottle & Tote Bags
    • Tickets to the following gigs:
      • 24th June: Olivia Rodrigo: x3 tickets
      • 1st July: Noah Kahan: 7 tickets
      • 3rd July: Rag n Bone Man: 2 tickets
      • 5th-6th July: Longitude Weekend: 7 tickets
      • 22nd August: Raye: 8 tickets
      • 29th-31st Aug: Electric Picnic: 4 Weekend tickets, 3 Sunday Tickets

  • Travel Vouchers including:
    • 25 x €100 Airb&b Gift cards
    • 100 x €15 Taxi travel vouchers
  • Travel to and from the event is not included. Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including without limitation all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges of any prize.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  • The Promoter will not accept any entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties in bulk; (c) illegible or have been altered, reconstituted, forged or tampered with; (d) photocopies and not originals; (e) incomplete.
  • Use of a false name, address or supply of inaccurate information will disqualify you from winning and/or receiving a prize.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
  • Competition entries cannot be returned.

4. Publicity

  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this requirement, the Promoter will publish within 6 weeks after the Closing Date the surname and country of the prize winners.
  • The winning entrantsand their guests may be required for publicity purposes. Entrants agree by entering the Competition to participate in such publicity including but not limited to the publication of their names and photographs for advertising and/or promotional purposes.

5. Personal Data

  • The personal data provided by you in the context of this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with our privacy policy available on heinekenireland.ie/privacy-policy.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, by partaking in photo element of the Promotion and specifically having your photo taken in the Orchard Thieves branded photo booth you are consenting to Heineken processing your personal data specifically the photo that is made available to be downloaded by you in the shared drive and that this photo may be used for promotional purposes. You consent that this photo will be stored in a shared folder drive that can be accessed by clicking on the QR code provided to all participants in the Promotion and signing up to our platform. If you wish to have your photo deleted from this shared drive, please email the below email address and reference which photo you wish to have deleted. Heineken reserves the right to review and remove any images that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with brand values. This includes, but is not limited to, content that depicts excessive intoxication, antisocial behaviour, or any form of sexually suggestive or explicit conduct.
  • The details you provide to the Promoter will be stored by the Promoter in order to be able to appoint winners of the prizes and to execute the prizes and may be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of administering the competition or delivering the prizes. You can request Heineken® at any time to provide access to the personal data it has collected about you. You can request Heineken® at any time to correct or to delete such personal data. You can send requests for access, correction or removal for your personal data to [email protected].

6. General

  • The prize will be issued subject to proof of valid identification and age verification.
  • Use of a false name, address or supply of inaccurate information will disqualify you from winning and/or receiving a prize.
  • No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed messages which were unable to be sent or received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of any reward if there is any suspicion of fraud or in the event that winner notification has been incorrectly (e.g. by reason of technical fault, computer and/or printing error) printed and/or generated and/or sent to the winner on the Promoter’s behalf.
  • No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to any of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the Promotion and the Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with any prize (including without limitation the promoter of any prize) and will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
  • All prize winners will be contacted via the email address or contact details provided the winner will be contacted via the contact details provided which could include email, telephone or social media. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. If the prize winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable or has not claimed their prize within two days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if any prize winner is not able to take up the prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Upon winning notification, prize winners will be given the details of their prize.
  • During the Promotion, any request or complaint concerning the Promotion and Terms and Conditions may be sent via e-mail to the Promoter at [[email protected]] stating your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the Promotions the decision of the Promoter will be final.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary, cancel or modify the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time in whole or in part at any time where it is necessary to do so. The Promoter is also entitled to vary the prizes if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, prizes of equal or greater value will be offered and prizes are subject to availability.
  • No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the Prize Winners
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a Winner’s acceptance of a Prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The Winners’ statutory rights are not affected
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including asking for a Winner’s identity, including proof of age, (which they must provide prior to fulfilment of the prize but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter and redemption of the Prize) and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw the Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
  • In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud or suspicion of fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  • The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
  • Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
  • In the event that the Winner is ineligible to claim their prize for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the winner for an alternative winner at no cost or liability to the Promoter.
  • The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
